Vegan spanakopita in the toaster

The ultimate Greek breakfast becomes tiktok viral and of course I tried it after I first turned it into vegan

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 100 gr. vegan yogurt
  • 30 gr. spinach
  • 30 gr. vegan feta or vegan yellow cheese
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions 

  • Start by soaking the flaxseed in water for 5-10 minutes.
  • In a bowl put the yogurt,the spinach,the cheese,the flax egg, the dill and mix well.
  • Take the bread. Pour the mixture and bake in the toaster with non-stick paper so that nothing sticks to you for 5-10 minutes.
