for the flour mixture
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp nori (if you want)
Start by pouring the ingredients for the flour mixture into a bowl.
Rinse the artichokes and drain. Preheat the oven to 190C.
Add the artichokes to the flour mixture and mix well.
In another bowl pour the ingredients for the liquid mixture. Add the artichokes and mix well.
Transfer to non-stick paper in a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes, turn the artichokes on the other side and cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve with dill and lemon.
