It\u2019s easy, it\u2019s perfect for autumn and those first chilly days. So, since I was making it anyway, I thought I\u2019d make it just a little more nutritious \u2014 a little more of a \u201clongevity tomato soup.\u201d It doesn\u2019t take much more effort to prepare, but it\u2019s so worth it.
