You may not like broccoli, but if you make it into a broccoli pie, you will definitely see it differently.

This flourless broccoli pie is something else and since I've tried it both hot and cold… I have one thing to say. She's gorgeous either way. So it's also perfect for the office.

INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Broccoli Basic ingredient! Cut your broccoli into small florets to cook faster and to avoid eating large pieces of broccoli in your pie.

Spring onions: Green onions make broccoli pie even more delicious.

Oat flour: In this recipe, oat flour can be replaced with regular flour if you prefer.

Milk: You can put whatever milk you want and like, even vegetable milk of your choice.

Eggs: The recipe calls for two.

Olive oil: Also one of the basic ingredients needed for broccoli pie.

Feta and Mozzarella: The two cheeses that make the pie even tastier.

Vegan parmesan: It is not necessary but it creates a nice crust on the broccoli pie.

Divine broccoli pie that you will love to eat for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli (200 g)
  • 4 spring onions
  • 150 gr. oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 ml. olive oil
  • 80 gr. feta
  • 80 gr. mozzarella
  • vegan parmesan

Instructions 

  • Boil the broccoli florets in salted water for 5-6 minutes. Drain and set aside until I prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  • In a bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, salt, milk, eggs, and olive oil.
  • Throw in the broccoli and spring onions.
  • Add the feta and mozzarella and transfer to a greased baking tray.
  • Pour the vegetable Parmesan on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 45-50 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let the pie cool slightly before cutting.
