It is simply delicious and full of nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 peppers
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp tomato paste

Instructions 

  • Start by preparing the "sauce". In a bowl, mix the olive oil, water, spices and tomato paste.
  • Put all the vegetables in a pan and pour the sauce over. Mix well.
  • Cover with non-stick paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover, stir and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Take out and enjoy with cool yogurt. You will have fun.
