It's one of the snacks I make every week so I always have something healthy sweet at home.

This particular snack needs only 3 ingredients to prepare and contains no trace of sugar or sugar substitute. It is made with simple ingredients that you can find even in your nearest supermarket.
Which are these? Dried dates, cocoa and coconut oil.

From there on you can "dip" your truffles in grated nuts, coconut or even cocoa.

3-Ingredient Sweet Snack
Ingredients
- 14 dates
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Start by soaking the dates in warm water for 20 minutes.
- Then beat them in the food processor along with the cocoa and coconut oil.
- It's okay if there are a few pieces of dates left over. This way your truffles will also have texture.
- With a teaspoon, divide the mixture into 10 portions. Put them as they are in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Then take them out and make them into balls.
- You can put them in grated almond or coconut and store them in a jar in the fridge.
