It is one of the easiest breakfasts that I prepare in seconds in the mornings. These sugar free baked oats are simply delicious, just the right amount of sweet and very filling.

You can make them for one person or for two like I do where I simply double the recipe and make breakfast for me and Alexander at the same time.
The ingredients you will need to make the most perfect baked oats are: oat flour, protein of your choice (I use vanilla flavor), dates, yogurt, baking powder, baking soda and maple syrup.
If you are vegan you can simply replace the yogurt with coconut yogurt or another yogurt substitute.

Tips and Substitutions
If you don't want to add protein to your baked oats (for me it's essential as it's very filling and will fill you up) you can add the same amount to oats.
Instead of maple syrup, you can add honey or agave syrup.
Now in supermarkets you can find ready-made oat flour. If you don't have one, however, you can beat oats in a food processor until it becomes flour.
If you want to make the recipe for more people you should double, triple, quadruple the recipe.
