The most delicious and crunchy crunch bars with 4 ingredients and without sugar are here and they are very easy to make in less than 5′.

My recipe is made with sugar-free chocolate, peanut butter, maple syrup and rice wafers. But you can make the following substitutions:

You can use any nut butter you like instead of peanut butter.

Maple syrup can be replaced by honey.

You can use whatever chocolate or couverture you like instead of sugar-free chocolate.

If you want, you can add 1 tbsp. coconut oil.

The easiest and fastest sweet snack that will delight young and old.

Ingredients

  • 170 gr. sugar free chocolate
  • 170 gr. peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cup rice wafers

Instructions 

  • Start by melting the chocolate.
  • Pour in the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix well.
  • Throw in the rice wafers after rubbing them into pieces with your hands. You don't want them to be grated. You want them in small pieces so that your bars have texture.
  • Spread the mixture in a pan.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut into bars. You can keep your bars in or out of the fridge.
