Softer and fluffier sugar-free banana bread than this you haven't tried.

If you have bananas that are ready to spoil, don't throw them away. Quickly make the easiest banana bread that will delight everyone.
To make it you will need bananas, brown sugar substitute (or brown sugar if you like), olive oil, yogurt, flour and baking powder.

Banana Bread without Sugar
If they go bad, don't throw them away. Just make this delicious banana bread.
Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 100 gr. brown sugar substitute
- 75 ml olive oil
- 50 gr. yogurt
- 225 gr. flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Start by beating the 3 bananas in the food processor. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Add the brown sugar substitute, olive oil and yogurt.
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix and transfer to a greased cake pan. Take the 4th banana and cut it in half horizontally. Place half of the banana on top of the cake mixture and the other half next to it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 1 hour.
- At 45 minutes, see if you need to cover the banana bread so that it doesn't grab you from above.
- Allow the banana bread to cool slightly before unmolding and slicing.
