You've never made pancakes like this before and once you do I'm sure you'll be excited by the idea.
TIPS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Flour: You can replace it with whole wheat flour.
Baking powder: It is necessary for the pancake to rise.
Sparkling Water: I used my favorite naturally carbonated natural mineral water AQUA Carpatica which makes the pancake even fluffier.
Milk: I used goat milk. You can put whatever milk you want or plant based milk of your choice.
Agave Syrup: You can replace it with maple syrup or honey.
Vinegar: I used apple cider vinegar. However, you can put whatever vinegar you want and have.
THE DECORATION
For the christmas decoration I chose to sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on the pancakes and substitute monk fruit dust. I also put applesauce in the center. You can decorate them however you want... with honey and walnuts, with maple syrup, with chocolate. The options are a lot.

Ingredients
- 190 gr. flour
- 100 ml sparkling water
- 220 ml milk
- 35 ml agave syrup
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- salt
Instructions
- Start by mixing the flour, milk, carbonated water, baking powder, agave syrup and vinegar in a bowl. If your mixture seems watery, add 1 tbsp. full of flour. Stir and pour the mixture into an oiled pan that has been heated.
- As soon as your pancake comes off the bottom of the pan, after 6-7 minutes, carefully transfer it to a large plate. Turn the pan upside down and place it on top of the plate. Turn the plate upside down and your pancake will fall into the pan.
- This way it will be cooked perfectly on the other side as well. Leave for another 3-4 minutes and your pancake is ready. Cut it into bites, put it on a large plate and serve it as you like.
- I topped it with pomegranate and powdered sugar substitute and served it with applesauce.
