A classic dessert that will surely make you very proud! Damn delicious and very very easy.
The basic ingredients you will need to make them are flour, cocoa, butter, milk, sugar substitute (I use monk fruit sugar), sugar free chocolate.
For the second layer, if you want to put it, you will need sugar free chocolate and peanut butter or some other nut butter.

Christmas Brownie
It is very simple and very tasty.
Ingredients
- 120 gr. vegan butter melted
- 120 ml. milk or vegan milk
- 250 gr. sugar substitute
- 150 gr. package of sugar free chocolate
- 160 gr. flour
- 60 gr. cacao
for the second layer:
- 110 gr. package of sugar free chocolate
- 1,5 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Melt the butter.
- Pour in the milk and mix. Add the sugar substitute and mix. Add the chocolate and stir until melted.
- Pour the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Add the hot chocolate mixture and mix well. Transfer to a buttered pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the brownie cool for about 30 minutes.
- Make the ganache. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and mix it with the peanut butter. Pour the mixture over the brownie. Put in the fridge for a whole night.
