One of the easiest pasta dish in the world.

If you like garlic, as I do, then this garlic pasta will become your favorite. If you don't like garlic, then it's best not to even try it.

To make it for 3 people you will need 3 heads of garlic (one for each portion). In addition to garlic, you will need milk, salt, black pepper and some of the water in which your pasta was boiled.

If you want, you can add chopped basil and lemon zest. The result is really garlicky and very very tasty.

Divine garlic pasta for the office (just kidding! Don't even dare)

Ingredients

  • 3 heads of garlic
  • 240 gr. pasta of your choice
  • 180 gr. milk
  • salt and black pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions 

  • Start boiling your pasta in salted water. Put your garlic in a pan and after pouring some olive oil, bake them at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
  • Take them out of the oven and put all the cloves in a blender. Beat them with a little olive oil.
  • Transfer the garlic paste to a pan. Add the milk and mix. Add salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes. Throw in your cooked pasta. Stir it up. If necessary, add some water from your boiled pasta.
  • Mix and enjoy the most garlicky pasta.
