The easiest pizza for one in the airfryer is here. It has 290 calories and is ready in 10 minutes.

The recipe is very simple and to make the easiest dough you will only need self-rising flour and yogurt.

Calories are for the whole pizza with toppings. If you choose to add other toppings, the calories also change.

Ingredients

for the base

  • 50 gr. self-rising flour
  • 45 gr. light yogurt
  • oregano, salt, black pepper, onion

για topping

  • 30 gr. shredded mozzarella (for the wreath)
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • onion
  • pepper
  • 20 gr. shredded mozzarella

Instructions 

  • Start by mixing all the ingredients for the base in a bowl.
  • You may need to add some water as well. Make a dough.
  • Open it with the rolling pin. Put the grated mozzarella in the ring and seal it with the dough.
  • Bake in the airfryer at 190C for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the airfryer, spread the sauce, pepper and onion on top. Pour the grated mozzarella on top and bake for another 5 minutes at 190C.
  • Your pizza is ready.

      Θέλει γύρω στα 20-25 λεπτά ψήσιμο στους 180 βαθμούς.
