A dreamy, healthy flourless mushroom pie that you'll want to make again and again.

INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
MUSHROOMS: You can use any mushrooms you like.
ONIONS AND GARLIC: They make the mushroom pie even more delicious. You just have to chop them up.
OAT FLOUR: You don't need to get it ready. You can beat oat flakes in the food processor and make your own flour.
OLIVE OIL: Also basic material of the recipe.
MOZZARELLA: I put mozzarella in my mushroom pie because it's a low calorie cheese that I like. You can use whatever grated cheese you want. If you are vegan, you can use grated vegetable cheese of your choice.

Easy Mushroom Pie
Ingredients
- 500 gr. mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Start by heating a little olive oil in a non-stick pan. As soon as it is heated, throw in the chopped mushrooms, onion and garlic. Saute for 5-6 minutes. Set aside.
- Pour oat flour, water, grated cheese, salt, black pepper, olive oil into a bowl. Stir it up. Throw in the mushrooms, onion and garlic. Add the grated cheese.
- Transfer to an oiled pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 35'.
- If you want, add some sesame seeds before baking.
- Let your pie cool slightly before cutting.
