This is the easiest recipe for homemade sugar-free ketchup that you will love.

THE INGREDIENTS
Tomato paste This particular recipe needs tomato paste to make it and not tomato sauce, tomatoes or anything else.
Dates To give the ketchup the light sweetness it should have, we use dates.
Apple Vinegar or White Vinegar You can use from 100-300 gr. apple cider vinegar or white vinegar.
Garlic and Onion Powder If you want your ketchup to be slightly hot, you can add some chili powder.
How long does homemade ketchup keep in the fridge?
You can keep it in the fridge in a tightly closed jar for up to 3 weeks. It can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Homemade Ketchup Without Sugar
Ingredients
- 400 gr. tomato paste
- 200 gr. apple vinegar or white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 dates
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion
Instructions
- Start by soaking the dates for 20 minutes in warm water.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat well.
- Transfer to a saucepan and cook for 20 minutes.
- Your ketchup is ready.
