I've been making these easy tahini balls that are full of nutrients and will fill you with energy a lot lately.

In fact, I make 14 of these every week so that Alexander and I eat one every day.

The ingredients are very simple and the recipe is very easy. If you make it once, you won't need to look at it again.

You will need: oat flour, sunflower seeds, tahini paste, agave syrup, cranberries and nuts if you want.

Tips and Substitutions

You can use raisins or some other dried fruit in small pieces instead of cranberries.

In my own recipe I don't always add nuts. You can put whatever nuts you want. If you put just reduce the amount of oats a little so that you can shape your balls.

Start by adding less oat flour than I write in the recipe and add slowly according to how much you need to get a beautiful mix that you can shape.
