Divine, creamy zoodles that takes about 15 minutes to prepare and is delicious, low-calorie and very healthy.
The perfect pasta with zucchini instead of pasta that will pleasantly surprise you. To prepare it you will need some very simple ingredients. More specifically, you will need zucchini, spaghetti, cream cheese, grated cheese of your choice and garlic.
For the vegans...
If you are vegan, you can simply replace the cream cheese with vegan cream cheese and use some grated vegan cheese in your recipe. All the other ingredients can be used whether you are vegan or not.
Tips and Substitutions
If you want your pasta to be even lighter, you can use 2 more zucchini and completely remove the spaghetti from the recipe. In this case, instead of water, you will add 2 tbsp. milk or plant based milk of your choice.

Creamy Zoodles
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 80 gr spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 gr. cream cheese
- 2-3 tbsp water from the boiled pasta
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Start by forming your pasta with a spiralizer.
- Boil your pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- Drain them and keep some of the boiling water.
- Pour the olive oil into a saucepan and once it is hot, add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute and then add the cream cheese and 2-3 tbsp. from the water that boiled the pasta.
- Stir and throw in your zoodles. Throw in your spaghetti too.
- Mix well and add the grated cheese. Leave for 2-3 minutes and set aside. Serve.
