Ketchup Potatoes
Ingredients
- 800 gr. potatoes
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- paprika
- oregano
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients except the potatoes in a bowl and mix them.
- Throw in the potatoes after cutting them the way you want.
- Mix well and transfer to a baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Halfway through the time, turn your potatoes so that they are perfectly cooked on all sides.
