This particular easy recipe may be ideal for breakfast, but personally there are times when I also make it for lunch, especially on days when I don't feel like cooking or when it's too hot to enter my kitchen for more than 10 minutes.
To make it you will need two slices of wholemeal bread, two eggs, some onion, some red pepper, some tomato, chili and salt.
You bake in the AIRFRYER for 10 minutes and enjoy the most perfect and satisfying breakfast or a lighter lunch. Of course, if you make it for lunch, you will also accompany it with a salad of your choice.

Quick Breakfast in the AIRFRYER
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- onion
- red pepper
- tomato
- chilli powder and salt
Instructions
- With a spoon, make a small dent in each slice of bread. Put both slices in the airfryer as it will be difficult to move them afterwards.
- Crack an egg into each slice. Pour some onion, red pepper and tomato on top. Add chili and salt. Bake in the AIRFRYER at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Your breakfast is ready.
