Today I'm showing you how to make the easiest, full protein cottage cheese tortilla that everyone on tiktok is making.

The basic ingredients you will need to make it are cottage cheese and eggs. You can make it either with whole eggs or just with egg whites like I did in this recipe. Of course you can add whatever spices you want to give them more flavor.

Cottage Cheese Tortilla

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack of cottage cheese
  • 2 egg whites
  • salt, paprika, black pepper, oregano

Instructions 

  • All you have to do is beat all the ingredients in the food processor. Spread the mixture on a piece of non-stick paper in a pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
  • If you double the ingredients, you should also increase the baking time.
  • Your tortilla is ready and you can fill it with whatever you want.
