Mushrooms ala creme without sour cream I have for you today. Light, healthy mushroom sauce that goes with everything.
In order to make the mushrooms ala creme you will need: mushrooms, coconut milk, onion, garlic, vegetable stock, some flour (which can be gluten-free), soy sauce, mustard and spices.

Mushrooms a la Creme
The easiest sauce for pasta or whatever else you want.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 gr. mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp flour or gluten free flour
- 1,5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- 200 ml. vegetable stock
- 60 ml. coconut milk
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- parsley
Instructions
- Start by heating the olive oil in a large pan. Add the mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the onion and garlic. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the flour, soy sauce and broth. Stir for 1-2 minutes and add the mustard, salt, pepper and coconut milk.
- Cover, reduce the temperature to the lowest and leave for about 8-10 minutes.
- Uncover, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
