The healthiest, light mushroom gyros is here and ready in the airfryer in 15 minutes.

To prepare it, you too will need pleurotus mushrooms, olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, tomato paste and spices.
The basic step is to "pluck" the mushrooms so that they look like rounds. Then you simply mix the mushrooms with all the above ingredients and transfer to the airfryer. You bake for 15 minutes and enjoy the easiest round.

Mushroom Gyros in the Airfryer
Ingredients
- 500 gr. mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1,5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- All you have to do is pick your mushrooms. Pour them into a bowl and add all the above ingredients. Mix well and transfer to the airfryer.
- Roast at 180C for 12-15 minutes.
- The mushroom gyros is ready.
