The ultimate winter Indian red bean curry is here and it's ready in a single pot in 30 minutes.
I actually made a small change to the recipe that changes it quite a bit but I'm sure you'll like it that way too. What did I do; I just didn't accompany my curry with rice but with lasagna. Why did I do it? Because I wanted to make all the food in one pot.
Are you craving Indian? No need to spend money on delivery! You don't even need to get any weird ingredients to make it. I have prepared it for you here with very simple ingredients that you can easily find in any supermarket, even in your neighborhood.

Ingredients
- 400 gr. boiled kidney beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp corianter
- 1 tsp chilli
- 1,5 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 240 ml tomato sauce
- 480 ml boiled water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 broken lasagna
Instructions
- Pour the olive oil into a pot. Once heated, add the onion and garlic. Once they soften, add all the spices and mix.
- Toss in the red beans. Stir and add the tomato sauce. Add the water after you have boiled it first. Cover your pot and cook for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and break in the lasagna. Stir and let your food cook for another 10 minutes. If necessary, add a little more hot water (it will probably be needed).
