This is the pasta of a tired girl boss... the easiest pasta in the world.

You only need one utensil! As soon as you come back tired from work, ready to devour everything you find in the fridge, before you even take off your clothes and put on your cozy pajamas, do the following minimal steps.

1. Chop a tomato

2. Chop an onion and some parsley

3. Chop, if you want, 3-4 cloves of garlic.

4. Pour your spaghetti into a large pot. Add the tomato, onion, parsley, garlic and tomato sauce. Add salt and black pepper and add water until your pasta is covered.

5. Cover up with the lid and go put on your pajamas. Personally, I would add a glass of wine to start the relaxation 😉

6. After 6-7 minutes, uncover the pot and stir with a wooden spoon.

7. Leave the pot uncovered and let the water absorb and boil your pasta. It won't take more than 4-5 minutes.

8. Pour shredded mozzarella on top, let it melt for 1-2 minutes and serve your perfect pasta.

A very quick pasta made in a single pot.

Ingredients

  • 170 gr. spaghetti of your choice
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 handfull parsley
  • 250 gr. tomato sauce
  • salt and black pepper
  • shredded mozzarella (or vegan mozzarella)

Instructions 

  • Pour your spaghetti into a large pot. Add the chopped tomato, onion, parsley, garlic and tomato sauce.
  • Add salt and black pepper. Add water until it covers the spaghetti and cover the pot for 6-7 minutes. Uncover and stir.
  • Let your pasta boil for another 4-5 minutes. Check them and mix.
  • Once they are ready and the water has been saved, pour your grated cheese on top. Wait for it to melt for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
  • Serve your super perfect pasta.

    Πόσο νερό βαζετε εσεις;
    Για ενα πακετο σπαγγέτι τηρούμε τις ιδιες αναλογιες; και πόσο νερό θα βάζαμε;

      Βάζουμε νερό μέχρι να σκεπαστούν τα ζυμαρικά. Αν βάλετε ένα πακέτο σπαγγέτι θα πρέπει να αυξηθούν και όλα τα υπόλοιπα υλικά αναλόγως.
