You can make one of the fastest dinners in the airfryer with the simplest ingredients.

The truth is that I've been making this particular quick and easy meal for lunch many times lately, since I've reversed lunch and dinner. Why; During the day I have such a tight schedule that it makes it difficult for me to have to cook lunch. And it makes it even more difficult for me to enjoy it while relaxing.

So, I thought I'd try what they do overseas. To eat something quick and easy at noon (that won't weigh me down at all) and to enjoy my main meal in peace, relaxed in the afternoon to evening.
So this food is perfect for a quick lunch (for me) or a quick and filling dinner (for you). 🙂

INGREDIENTS AND REPLACEMENTS
Eggs: Two eggs are enough for one person.
Tomato: The tomato is not necessary but I personally like it a lot and that's how I put it.
Onion and pepper: Chop onion and pepper and throw them into the airfryer.
Spinach: Instead of spinach you can put any green vegetable you want.
Mozzarella: In my recipe I use some grated mozzarella. You can put whatever grated cheese you want.

Can you bake it in the oven instead of the airfryer?
I'm sure many of you will ask me this question and the answer is YES! You can bake it in the oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven.

Quick Dinner in the Airfryer
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- tomato
- onion
- pepper
- 1 1 handfull spinach
- shredded mozzarella
- salt, pepper, oregano
Instructions
- Crack the 2 eggs into a small pan. Throw in the tomato, onion, pepper. Add salt, pepper and oregano.
- Put the spinach and grated mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180C.
- Your easy dinner is ready.
