One of my favorite "junk foods" that I make at home is this. Baked fries "like french fries" with minced mushrooms and a quick sauce with sugar-free ketchup and mustard.

INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Potatoes: Cut your potatoes like french fries and bake them in the oven on non-stick paper so they don't stick to the pan since you won't add olive oil.

Mushrooms: Use any mushrooms you like. I had portobello this time and I used portobello.

Onion and garlic: You can also not put these two ingredients. They are not necessary.

Tomato sauce: Instead of tomato sauce you can put some ketchup.

Shredded mozzarella: This recipe is also ideal for vegans. You just have to replace the mozzarella with another vegetable cheese of your choice.
