These healthy brownie cups that are also filled are simply wonderful and very very tasty.
They are made with simple healthy ingredients and are literally ready in 5-6 minutes.
INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
CRANBERRIES: It is very important to soak the cranberries in warm water for 20-30 minutes to soften them enough to turn into a sweet paste. Instead of cranberries, you can use dates in the recipe.
ALMOND MILK: You can add any herbal drink you want or even milk (if you are not vegan).
PEANUT BUTTER: You can also replace the peanut butter with another nut butter.
COCOA: Cocoa is what will give your brownies that brownie flavor. You can use cocoa nibs instead of cocoa powder.
CHOCOLATE: In my recipe I put chocolate with 100% cocoa. You can add stevia cover or any chocolate you want.
