You may be used to eating pasta putanesca but beans putanesca are a new version that is really worth trying.

The recipe is very easy and is prepared literally in 15 minutes. The basic ingredients you will need are: white beans (or gigantes), olives, capers (if you want), tomato sauce, onion, garlic and nothing else. As for the bread, this is optional although for me the combination of crunchy, toasted bread and soft beans is great.
Tips and Substitutions
The classic puttanesca recipe contains capers. I don't put capers in my recipe because I don't like its taste. If you want to add, then put 1 tbsp. chopped capers.
If you don't want to use ready-boiled beans then you can boil your beans and then prepare the recipe as I write below.
