For those who love coconut this dessert is all you need. Sugar Free Coconut Refrigerator Bites are the easiest dessert you'll make this summer.
To make them you will need only 3 ingredients (+ 1 more which is optional).
What are these? Shredded coconut, yogurt or cottage cheese and honey. Instead of honey you can use maple syrup. In addition, you can add chocolate drops or sugar-free shredded chocolate to your bites.

Ingredients
- 200 gr. yogurt or cottage cheese
- 90 gr. shredded coconut
- 35 gr. honey or maple syrup
- chocolate drops
- extra shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, grated coconut, honey and chocolate drops. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Form into balls and cover with the extra coconut. Refrigerate and try after 2-3 hours or even better the next day.
