It is one of the sweet snacks that I make very often lately because it runs out quickly. These pistachio rolls have become a favorite of the whole family.

I really like to try new flavors and when I make sweets without a trace of sugar and without sweeteners I am at my best.
What ingredients will you need for the pistachio rolls?
Pistacchios dates, pistacchio butter and cocoa.

How are pistachio rolls preserved and eaten?
The pistachio rolls are perfectly eaten from the fridge as well as from the freezer. So you can keep them wherever you want.

Pistacchio Rolls
Ingredients
- 150 gr. pistacchios
- 400 gr. dates
- 2 tbsp pistacchio butter
- 1/2 tbsp cacao
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cardamom
Instructions
- Chop the 100 g of peanuts and the remaining 50 g with a knife. Beat them in the multi.
- Put the dates after chopping them into a pan together with the pistacchion butter. With a wooden spoon, mix and press the dates until they become a paste.
- Put the date paste in a bowl and add the 100 gr. pistacchios. Add the cocoa, cinnamon and cardamom. Make a roll. Spread a piece of non-stick paper on a smooth surface. Pour over the mixture and give it the shape of a roll.
- Wrap with the non-stick paper and put in the freezer for 1-2 hours before cutting and enjoying.
