Tips and Substitutions
You can use chickpea flour instead of oat flour in your recipe.
You can, if you want, add some grated yellow cheese or feta cheese to the recipe.
Brush your zucchini balls with olive oil before putting them in the oven.
Halfway through the cooking time, turn them on the other side to get color on both sides.

Oven Baked Zucchini Balls
Ingredients
- 4 zucchini
- 90 gr. oat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 spring onions
Instructions
- Start by grating your zucchini. Salt them and leave them aside for 30 minutes. Drain them very well.
- Pour them into a bowl along with your chopped onions, oat flour and spices. Mix well. Form into balls.
- Brush with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200C.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes on one side and the same number of minutes on the other side.
