Super easy flourless sandwich bread ready in 20'.

In just 20 minutes you can have the easiest, healthiest, full of nutrients and high nutritional value bread ready.

The basic ingredients you will need for a bun are: almond flour, cauliflower, egg and baking powder.


Instead of cauliflower you can use broccoli in exactly the same amount.

If you don't have almond flour ready, ground, you can take almonds and grind them in the food processor like I did.

  • 60 gr. cooked cauliflower
  • 60 gr. almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • salt
  • spice mix


  • Start by dropping cauliflower florets into boiling salted water.
  • Boil for 8 minutes. Drain and put the cauliflower in the food processor.
  • Add the egg, almond flour, baking powder, salt and spice mix to the mixture. Beat until the ingredients are homogeneous and transfer the mixture to a small pan. If you want, sprinkle seeds of your choice on top. I threw in some flaxseed and some oat flakes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, let your bun cool slightly and cut it in half horizontally.
  • Fill it with whatever you want and enjoy.
