As soon as it cools down in the fridge and I break it up, I wrap each piece with cling film. Then I put everything in the fridge.

  • 1-2 white chocolates
  • a handful of almonds
  • a handful of cashews
  • pumpkin seeds
  • shredded coconut


  • Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie. Spread non-stick paper on a baking sheet. Pour in the white chocolate and spread it well.
  • Top with the nuts and seeds you like.
  • Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Take out, break and enjoy.
