The ingredients you will need are ginger and the Aqua Carpatica water that will make your shots even healthier.

It is ideal for babies, toddlers, and pregnant women. It is naturally low in sodium (0.6 mg/l) – recommended for people with blood pressure problems and people on a low sodium diet. It is naturally Alkaline (pH 7.94) to aid in smooth digestion and metabolism.

  • 80 gr. ginger
  • 160 gr. apple
  • 40 gr. lemon or orange juice 
  • 80 ml Aqua Carpatica water 

Instructions 

  • All you have to do is throw all the ingredients into the blender. Beat them well.
  • Drain the pulp and the ginger shots are ready.
