Instructions
- All you have to do is throw all the ingredients into the blender. Beat them well.
- Drain the pulp and the ginger shots are ready.

Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω σχετικά με τη συγκεκριμένη δυνατή κάτι .. μήπως αντί για 80 γρ τζίντζερ εννοούσατε 8 η λιγότερα ;
Διότι σε μελέτες έχει φανεί πως ιδανικά όχι πάνω από 4 γρ τζίντζερ την ημέρα λόγω πιθανής ανάπτυξης γαστρεντερικών διαταραχών
σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για τα καλά σας λόγια. Ουσιαστικά πίνουμε μόνο το ζουμί από το τζίντζερ. Πετάμε πολύ δηλαδή στο στράγγισμα.
