If you love pastitsio but you are looking for a lighter version, you just have to try what I have for you below.

This pastry is light, it is vegan and can be eaten naturally without regrets and guilt since it does not contain béchamel but a wonderful vegan cheese cream that makes it much lighter.

Tips

If you are not vegan you can replace the vegan ingredients with non-vegan ones.

You can make your pastitsio even lighter and healthier by replacing the minced meat with vegetables. It's also delicious. Use mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers and whatever else you like.
