The crunchiest beans you've ever eaten. Ideal for snacks and more.
We may be used to eating chickpeas as a crunchy snack but beans can be just as crunchy and very very tasty. For me they are actually much tastier than chickpeas (maybe because I prefer them in general).
The recipe is very simple and you don't need to remember ingredients to prepare it. Simply pour olive oil into the boiled beans, add spices and salt and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. You will know they are done once you see their skins have "popped".
A very important step is the following: Once you have mixed thebeans with the olive oil, salt and spices, beat them well in their bowl. Alternatively, cover the bowl and shake well.
You can enjoy the crunchy beans plain, you can add them to salads, you can put them in sandwiches. The choice is yours. But you'll have a hard time resisting eating them straight from the pan.

- 2 cup boiled beans
- olive oil
- oregano, garilc powder, paprika
- All you have to do is mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover the bowl and shake well.
