3 Ingredient Mac & Cheese? It can be done and it's also very, very tasty.
I know that many of you have very tight schedules, very busy everyday life and don't have infinite time to spend in the kitchen (I'm one of you). So I like to prepare for you easy, quick recipes that you can prepare even in less than 15 minutes.
This is one of those recipe. It's actually ready in 12-13 minutes. You will need almond milk, small pasta like shells (Mac & Cheese is usually made with this kind of pasta) and grated vegan cheese (preferably cheddar).
Instead of almond milk, you can use milk of your choice, even light.
Instead of a shells you can use another small pasta.
In place of the vegan cheddar you can put whatever grated cheese you want or non-vegan cheddar.

Note: This recipe requires you to be constantly on top of the pot as the pasta has a tendency to stick to the bottom. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
3-Ingredient Mac & Cheese
- 2 cup almond milk
- 2 cup shells
- 1 cup vegan shredded cheese
- mix of spices
- 1-2 cup water
- Start by pouring the milk and pasta into the pot. Add the water during the cooking process. Cook for 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Add salt and spices.
- Pour in the cheese and mix. Serve.
