Lentils bolognese ready for freezer. For those days that you don't have so much time for cooking.
How many times have you thought that you want to eat something healthy but what prevents you is preparing it. Many times, ordering is an easy solution that gets you out of the difficult position of time-consuming cooking.
The goal of meal prep is to prevent you from ordering. Or at least don't do it as often as you did until now. Apart from that, however, it also helps to save energy and reduce the electricity bill, since by cooking once you prepare food for 3, 4 or even 5 times.

The advantages are many and you will understand them better once you enter this process. The following recipe is one of the easiest. To prepare it you will need lentils and some other very simple ingredients.
Once you have the bolognese lentils ready, let them cool and transfer them to silicone ice trays like the one I show you in the photo below. Where will you find this one? I have it here for you!Put the ice pack in a bag and close it. Also write on the label the date you made them so you know until when you can consume them.
When you want to eat a vegan bolognese pasta, simply boil pasta and take two ice cubes of bolognese lentils out of the freezer. You heat them directly in a pot or pan with a little water and within 2-3 minutes your bolognese is ready.

Tips
In my recipe I used ready boiled lentils. You can use raw lentils which you will boil first before pouring them into the sauce.
Serve with pasta and cheese of your choice.
