One of the easiest salads that will delight everyone! It is autumnal, made with seasonal fruits and very very delicious. It can accompany any of your meals or be eaten plain, just as it is.

This salad is refreshing and keeps perfectly in the fridge for 4-5 days.
To make it you will need:
Quinoa – either regular or tricolor
Apples – either red or green
Grapes – you can also choose any variety you like
Cucumber – you can replace it with celery

Dried fruit – I used raisins. You can use whatever you want.
Nuts – I used walnuts. You can also use whatever nuts you like.
As for the dressing, it is very simple and to make it you will need tahini, maple syrup and water.
As for vegetables you can use whatever you want. In my own salad I put cabbage. Arugula, spinach, grated carrots also go well.
