Tuna salad with chickpeas! A classic vegan "tuna salad" that is both very easy and highly nutritious. You can't help but love it!
Of course, it doesn't have the exact taste of tuna, but it will fill you up and fill you with nutritious, good ingredients. Its texture is reminiscent of tuna salad and this is the reason why all vegans call it that way.

How to enjoy vegan tuna salad
Pure, just the way it is.
With bread in a sandwich.
With crackers or pita pies.
In any other way you like.
What are the ingredients you will need to make it?
chickpeas (canned or boiled)
onions
red pepper
vegan mayo or hummus
salt and garlic

Vegan Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 400 gr. cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 lemon
- 2-3 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 small onion
- garlic
- salt
- red pepper
- 1 tbsp hemp flour (if you want)
Instructions
- With a fork, mash more than half of the chickpeas. Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the chickpeas and mix well.
- The vegan tuna salad is perfectly eaten straight from the fridge.
- You can keep it in the refrigerator for 5-6 days. Before consuming it, mix it.
