The easiest, homemade, healthy recipe for divine oreo without flour and sugar.

A very easy sweet recipe that everyone will love. In fact, these oreos are ideal for dipping in milk (like the classic oreos).

Tips and Substitutions

Instead of coconut flour you can use oat flour.

The sugar substitute that I used is monk fruit sugar and you will find it in lifetree.gr.

In lifetree.gr you will also find cocoa which is pretty healthy and full of nutrients.

Instead of maple syrup you can use honey.

If you are not vegans you can use regular cream cheese instead of vegan.

They are much easier than they sound and they are also very, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 55 gr. (1/2 cup) coconut flour or oat flour
  • 25 gr. (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
  • 25 gr. (1/4 cup) sugar substitute of your choice
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter in room temperature
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt

for the filling

  • 40 gr. (1/3 cup) vegan cream cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar substitute

Instructions 

  • Start by mixing in a bowl the coconut flour, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, butter, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
  • Make balls and put them in a pan on non-stick paper. Press each ball with the bottom of a glass to make a flat.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 180C.
  • In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the icing substitute.
  • Put a teaspoon of the filling in a cookie and cover with a second cookie after they have cooled completely.
  • Keep them in the fridge to be cooler now in the summer.

    Αγαπημενη μου είμαι βέβαιη πως είναι 100 % πεντανοστιμα αλλά αντε όλα Ν αντικαταστησουμε εμείς που τα τρώμε όλα αλλά αυτές τις ίνες κακάο κ διάβασα πως είναι αυτό που κάνει την διαφορά θα μου πεις να παραγγείλω αλλά οι εποχές πολύ δύσκολες κ είναι ένα προϊόν που δεν χρησιμοποιείτε κάπου αλλού κ προσωπικά το ακούω πρώτη φορά 😘

      Οι ίνες κακάο είναι πολύ καλύτερες από το κλασικό κακάο. Χρησιμοποιούνται όπου χρησιμοποιείται και το κακάο και μπορούν να το αντικαταστήσουν. Από εκεί και πέρα ο καθένας αποφασίζει αν θα αγοράσει ένα προϊόν ή όχι. <3
