flaxseed flour, baking powder, Amino Animo proteinwater and salt.

Some things about flaxseed...

Flaxseed should be fresh and not too old. The bread will come out much better. Also the blonde flaxseed will bring a much better taste result. Beat it well in the blender until you get a flour texture or get it ready in the form of flour.

I personally used blond flaxseed flour and ground (not flour) dark flaxseed because I like to see it in my bread. You will get much better bread visually if you use flaxseed flour.

It is good to know that once the flaxseed is opened, it should be stored in a jar that closes well in the refrigerator.

  • Mix all the ingredients together except the water and finally add the water.
  • Mix well. With wet hands, make two long and narrow loaves of about 20 cm.
