It can't get easier, more nutritious, more natural. This homemade pistachio paste needs just one ingredient to get ready and 10 minutes of your time.
This is the easiest recipe for homemade pistachio paste.
The recipe is very simple and the time you will need to prepare it is less than 10 minutes.
It all starts with the right pistachios. To get the perfect, bright green color you will need raw pistachios and unsalted.
The next step is to peel them. This step is not necessary. Personally, I do not peel them. But if you want an even more intense green color than what you see in my photos then you should peel them.
How? Boil water in a saucepan. Pour in after removing your pistachios from the heat and leave them there for 1-2 minutes. Rinse them and transfer them to a towel.
Rub them lightly.
If you like this recipe you can try the following:
- 150 gr. pistachios
- All you have to do is beat the unsalted pistachios in the blender. Once melted, add a little water and continue beating.
- Stop as soon as you get the perfect paste texture.
- Transfer to a tightly closed jar and keep either outside or in the refrigerator.
