A dreamy 2-ingredient chocolate cake. It does not contain sugar but it is very, very tasty. It is prepared in a few minutes and eaten raw.

The basic recipe requires only 2 ingredients. The second step which includes the addition of ganache on top is optional but it definitely makes the result much more visually beautiful. The choice is yours.

Tips
You can use whatever sugar free chocolate of your choice.
Instead of banana you can use pumpkin puree. I have not tried the recipe with any other substitute. With apple puree the cake does not come out as good.

Sugar Free Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 365 gr. sugar free chocolate
- 335 gr. bananas
for the ganache
- 60 gr. coconut milk
- 90 gr. sugar free chocolate
Instructions
- Melt the bananas with a fork. For an even better result and so that there are no banana pieces in your cake, just beat it in the multi.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Mix the chocolate with the banana well. Spread on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Your cake is ready. If you want to add a chocolate ganache on top you can do it. How? Heat the coconut milk (canned) in a saucepan. Take it off and put the chocolate in the pot. Stir until completely melted.
- Spread the ganache on the cake and put it back in the fridge for another hour. Enjoy.
