If you want to have the healthiest, chewy chocolate ice cream without sugar and in fact with 2 ingredients, then you are in the right place.
I know that homemade ice cream does not always work. Especially vegan, sugar-free ice creams that tend to crystallize in the freezer so they need to stay out of the fridge for 10-20 minutes to be served.
This ice cream, however, is simply divine and very easy. It needs only 2 ingredients to get ready and does not contain any sugar.
All I have to tell you is that it is good to prepare your ice cream the moment you want to eat it. This means that if you have bananas in the freezer, then when you want to eat your ice cream, you just take them out of the freezer, beat them in the blender with cocoa and you have the perfect ice cream in front of you in a few minutes.

2-Ingredient Sugar Free Chocolate Ice Cream
- 3 bananas
- 1,5 tbsp cocoa powder
- Cut 3 bananas into small pieces and put them in the freezer overnight. It does not matter if the bananas are ripe or not.
- When you want to eat your ice cream just take the bananas out of the freezer.
- Mix them with the cocoa and beat them in the blender. In less than 2 minutes you will have the perfect chewy chocolate ice cream ready.
- Add chocolate drops, pistachio or whatever you want to your ice cream.
