This means that if you have bananas in the freezer, then when you want to eat your ice cream, you just take them out of the freezer, beat them in the blender with cocoa and you have the perfect ice cream in front of you in a few minutes.

A healthy, very easy, chewy ice cream that will leave you speechless.


  • 3 bananas
  • 1,5 tbsp cocoa powder


  • Cut 3 bananas into small pieces and put them in the freezer overnight. It does not matter if the bananas are ripe or not.
  • When you want to eat your ice cream just take the bananas out of the freezer.
  • Mix them with the cocoa and beat them in the blender. In less than 2 minutes you will have the perfect chewy chocolate ice cream ready.
  • Add chocolate drops, pistachio or whatever you want to your ice cream.
