Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup (80 g) tahini
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions 

  • All you have to do is put all the ingredients in the blender and beat well. Your sauce is ready.
  • Mix it with your hot pasta and add if you want a little vegan feta or yellow cheese of your choice.
