These vegan scrambled eggs will change you.
The recipe is very simple and the ingredients you will need to make them are even simpler. Make them for breakfast or for a light dinner.

How I combined my scrambled eggs
I personally spread avocado on a slice of wholemeal bread. I put my scrambled eggs on top and serve with a little vegan mayonnaise and a little hot sauce.

Vegan scrambled eggs
The easiest, protein vegan omelette you will love.
Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 4 tbsp chickpea flour
- 3 tbsp water
- salt
- paprika
- black pepper
- vegan mayo
- sriracha sauce
- 1/2 avocado
Instructions
- Pour a little olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add the onion and pepper and sauté lightly.
- In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the water, salt, smoked paprika and black pepper.
- Pour the chickpea mixture into the peppers and onion.
- Start stirring until you see that your scrambled eggs are done.
- Set aside. Serve as you wish.
