The recipe is very simple and the ingredients you will need to make them are even simpler. Make them for breakfast or for a light dinner.

How I combined my scrambled eggs

I personally spread avocado on a slice of wholemeal bread. I put my scrambled eggs on top and serve with a little vegan mayonnaise and a little hot sauce.

The easiest, protein vegan omelette you will love.


  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 4 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 3 tbsp water
  • salt
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • vegan mayo
  • sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 avocado


  • Pour a little olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add the onion and pepper and sauté lightly.
  • In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the water, salt, smoked paprika and black pepper.
  • Pour the chickpea mixture into the peppers and onion.
  • Start stirring until you see that your scrambled eggs are done.
  • Set aside. Serve as you wish.
