If you like to make sweets and you are fasting or you are vegans then you definitely need to know how to make the perfect vegan-fasting condensed milk without sugar.
It's pretty easy to make it and you will only need 2 ingredients.
The basic ingredients you will need are full fat coconut milk and a sweetener.
More specifically, you will need 1 can of coconut milk and 1/3 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar.
Of course instead of coconut sugar you can use another sugar substitute such as monk fruit sugar, stevia 1: 1, erythritol, xylitol or even the classic brown sugar.
Νote: It is important to know that the amount of sweetened milk will be reduced by half after boiling. Therefore if your recipe wants 400 ml of sweetened milk you should use twice the amount of ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
Instructions
- Put the coconut milk and the sweetener in a saucepan.
- Once they get a boil lower the temperature and let your ingredients boil for about 45 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.
- Your sweetened condensed milk will be darker if you use coconut sugar or maple syrup.
- Remove from the heat and allow your sweetened condensed milk to cool.
- You can keep your sweetened condensed milk for up to 10 days in the refrigerator.

Θα μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε κ γάλα αμυγδάλου???
Οχι! Μόνο γάλα καρύδας από κονσέρβα. Αυτό το γάλα είναι πηχτό καρύδας είναι πηχτό. Το γάλα αμυγδάλου δεν θα πήξει ποτέ.
Μπορώ να χρησιμοποιήσω στέβια γιατί δεν μπορώ να βάλω ζάχαρη;;;;
