The most filling protein porridge that you will want to eat every day. The reason? It is delicious and will keep you full until noon.
The recipe is very simple and does not require any cooking.
The pea protein that I have added to it (and which has no taste at all and therefore does not change the taste of the porridge) makes this breakfast even more filling and full of nutrients.
Oat Porridge with Protein
- 50 gr. oat flour
- 50 gr. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 scoop pea protein Amino Animo
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Mix all the ingredients and serve with berries (or fruits of your choice), a little almond butter and shredded coconut.
- It does not want refrigerator, you can eat it exactly as it is.
