In just 10 minutes you can have your own homemade, vegan mozzarella ready with simple ingredients that most vegans have at home.
The recipe is very simple and the result will excite you. If you want your mozzarella saltier, add a little salt.
If you like this recipe you can try some of the following:
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 and 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- salt (if you want)
- Start by beating all the ingredients in the blender. You can add salt later to see how much you want based on your personal taste. I do not put in my mozzarella at all. I prefer it slightly sweet.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan or frying pan. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Put in a bowl. Once cool, store your mozzarella in the refrigerator.
